Efrat Weiss is a results-driven leader, with proven business expertise in the domestic and international arena with highly diverse experience in marketing, business development, operations management, team oversight, trade compliance, and project management.

She has a proven ability to lead projects with competing priorities to successful completion while under stringent time and budget constraints. Known as a powerful communicator, she is capable of building strong relationships with domestic and international leaders alike, while establishing business connections with many functions to achieve results.

She is focused on growth, vision planning, and influential leadership. In 2020, she formed Weiss International Consulting, LLC and in December of 2023, she also joined Capital Defense Associates as a senior associate.

Prior to 2020, Efrat has had a long and successful career working at an international aerospace & defense and homeland security company. She has directly contributed to the company’s growth and recognition as a critical market leader, as well as ensuring its compliance with trade regulations. She has served as the Director of Washington Operations and has previously held additional positions in the company.
