Manuel Padilla Jr. is the founder and principal of MP Eagle Consulting, a client-focused, innovative security consulting company.  With over 40 years of combined military and federal service, Mr. Padilla has a deep understanding of national and border security and the inherent opportunities to mitigate existing and emerging threats in various environments.

Mr. Padilla has been a member of the Senior Executive Service for over thirteen years and has excelled in senior leadership positions in the field and headquarters environment to include Chief Patrol Agent, Director of Joint Task Force – West, Chief of Law Enforcement Operations, Executive Assistant Commissioner, and Senior Advisor to Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection (CBP).  He has distinguished himself as a results-driven, innovative, and transformational leader at the highest levels of government.  He is a certified member of the Border Patrol’s elite tactical unit BORTAC and has conducted numerous operations both domestically and internationally.

 

Mr. Padilla possesses extensive experience in organizational leadership development, strategic planning, operational and training program development, international relations, law enforcement tactical operations (special weapons and tactics), and instructor certifications in many law enforcement capabilities.

 

Mr. Padilla is a graduate of the CBP SES Candidate Development Program and a recipient of the FY2024 Presidential Rank Award.
